Schedule.
Quantify.
Cost.
From one IFC model.
ÅBIM is a locally-installed desktop tool that unifies 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimation in a single IFC-native workflow. No proprietary format. No vendor lock-in. No subscription.
Everything construction projects need
to manage time and cost.
Every module works on the same IFC model. No copy-paste between tools. No synchronisation lag. One file, one source of truth.
Model
Import any IFC file regardless of the authoring tool it came from. Every schedule, quantity, and cost entry links back to a model element — not a spreadsheet.
Supports IFC2x3 · IFC4 · IFC4.1Schedule
Build construction sequences directly from model elements. Assign resources, set dependencies, and visualise the full 4D timeline without leaving ÅBIM.
Gantt · Critical path · Resource levellingQuantify
Run automatic quantity takeoff from IFC geometry. Every volume, area, and count is model-derived — editable, auditable, and always in sync with the current revision.
Volumes · Areas · Element countsCost
Attach rate libraries to your takeoff. Compute structured cost breakdowns with full traceability from budget line back to the IFC element that drives it.
Rate libraries · Cost summaries · ReportsIFC is not a converter.
It is the model.
IFC (ISO 16739) is the open international standard for building and construction data. ÅBIM treats IFC as the authoritative source — not a translation layer. Your schedules and costs are computed directly from the geometry and properties embedded in the file.
This means ÅBIM works with any BIM authoring tool that can export IFC: Revit, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, FreeCAD, and others. Switch tools or combine disciplines — the workflow stays the same.
One tool. Four critical roles.
BIM Manager
Own the model. Own the data. ÅBIM keeps the IFC file as the single source of truth for both schedule and cost, so there is never a question of which version is authoritative.
Project Manager
Get a clear 4D construction sequence with resource allocation in the same tool you use for quantities — no hand-off lag between scheduling and the cost controller.
Quantity Surveyor
Model-derived takeoff with full audit trails. Every quantity traces back to the IFC element it came from. Revise the model, rerun the takeoff, review the delta.
Cost Controller
Attach rate libraries and produce structured cost reports without leaving the BIM environment. Breakdowns are linked to model elements, not detached spreadsheets.

One licence. Yours forever.
AEC firms run on capex budgets. ÅBIM uses a perpetual per-seat model — purchase once, own the licence. No subscription renewal. No cloud dependency.
